The organisational structure of AFA OOD includes three departments - Business Assurance and Advisory Services, Accounting and Payroll, and Tax & Legal.
We, AFA, have taken the lead role in the evolution of audit. The Business Assurance and Advisory Services Department is forward-looking and committed to its clients. The implementation of a comprehensive audit approach delivers value to our clients. More than 30 specialists constantly provide expert services and advice. Our clients have grown to depend and count on our professional training and profound knowledge of both Bulgarian and international accounting and audit standards and practices. In return, the variety of areas of business activities, requirements and problems of our clients have become a sound basis for gaining valuable expertise and best solutions.
The accounting and internal control systems of a company are the most important means of communication between itself, its banks, personnel, clients, suppliers and governmental authorities. The condition and quality of the accounting system are of great importance to the management of the company, including in its contacts with the foreign counterparties. AFA's Accounting and Payroll Services Department, which includes 12 specialists, assists our clients to establish their accounting and control systems in compliance with their information needs. At the same time we offer payroll services for the top management staff of the client, which ensures confidentiality, accuracy, maintenance and update of the personal files of the clients.
Our business environment is constantly changing, as are the business goals of the clients we serve. It is therefore essential that we continue developing innovative ideas and solutions to maximise tax and juridical efficiency for our clients. Our Tax & Legal Department includes 18 people, who, through the tax manager, legal manager, lawyers and tax advisors help businesses to plan new ventures and investment, anticipate tax and legal problems and effectively solve them. Our tax and legal professional team is highly specialised, having extensive experience in commercial, employment, financial and tax law. Our specialists are well acquainted with both local and international agreements and legislative acts in these fields of expertise.
