National Accounting Standards Annual Closing of Accounts Corporate Income Taxation 2002

In response to the large interest expressed by our clients and colleagues and following our desire to always contribute to their success by offering them new and useful services, AFA OOD continues its offering to conduct a training course on the practical application of Bulgarian Accounting Standards, the annual closing of accounts for the year 2002 and on the issues related to the preparation of 2002 annual tax return.

The course covers the full set of major accounting standards with the aim to ensure deep knowledge on all of them as well as a confidence that a sound basis for working with them has been created. The presentation is logically structured in two modules within 6 days. The daily schedule is organized to cover six and a half training hours.

The lecturers of the course are Renny Iordanova, Valia Iordanova and Nadia Viachka, all of them being certified public accountants and partners in AFA OOD. They are experts with long-term experience as lecturers in the University of National and World Economics and in the Business Faculty of Sofia University. The lecturers will get you acquainted with the most common problems in the interpretation and application of Bulgarian Accounting Standards and the specific issues for closing the fiscal year 2002. The questions related to the annual tax return preparation will be commented by Dobrinka Shishkova.

The training scheduled is professional, for small group of participants working in the spheres of accounting or finance. The course will be conducted in the training hall of AFA OOD, 38, Oborishte Str. in Sofia, which is adequately equipped for work. All necessary auxiliary materials will be provided. The course comprises valuable training material with presentations and interpretations of the individual accounting standards, the Corporate Income Tax Act, practical examples and case studies as well as comparison with International Accounting Standards.

The first group for the new year 2003 has already been formed and its training starts on 15 January 2003.
