Taxation 2004 * Commentary

Traditionally our tax legislation is changing every year. In relation to the announced by Bulgaria willingness for accession to the European Union, these changes become more and their complexity increases as their goal is to achieve harmonization of the Bulgarian legislation with that of the Union.

The legislative amendments effected in the end of 2003 and during the first six months of 2004, are part of the process.
